General Manager / Executive Director in the Assisted Living or Long Term

Assistant General Manager

As a part of our community management team, you will work along side
the General Manager and serve as a liaison to the Home Office for the
Human Resource and Accounting departments. The AGM is responsible for
handling payroll, accounts payable, billing and bookkeeping. As needed,
you will serve as manager-on-duty, manage staff, and help residents and
family members. This position requires excellent computer skills and
some supervisory experience is preferred. Our ideal candidate is organized,
with the ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and
a rotating on-call schedule.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Maintenance Director is responsible for
routine preventative maintenance, diagnosis and repair of plumbing, carpentry,
painting, minor HVAC and electrical. In this role you will also supervise the
housekeeping department, handle budgets, and maintain accurate records in accordance
with company policy. Occasionally you will assist in transporting residents to
scheduled appointments; therefore, an excellent driving record is required. Supervisory
