On Site Professional Services
Through home health services of residents’ choice, physical, occupational and speech therapy can be provided. Home health aides can monitor blood pressure, help with diabetes management, offer respiration therapy and much more. We can help select the best service to meet each resident’s individualized needs.
Also visiting regularly are podiatrists, physicians, nurse practitioners, otologists, specialty nurses, opthamologists, dentists, etc.
Respite Care/Short Stays
There are certain times when a short stay at a Hearthstone community is a perfect solution. For instance, if a family is taking a vacation or a business trip, mom or dad may be very comfortable living with us for 5 days or even up to a month. Also, after a hospital stay, offering mom or dad a little extra assistance to regain independence is helpful. That’s why our short stay is a welcome alternative.
Hospice
Hospice Care is offered at all of our communities. At the end stage of life, it is best to remain in the same warm, loving community that is familiar to our resident. Hospice provides the additional care our residents need to keep them as comfortable as possible.
